The Supriya Creations' Member Rewards Programme hereinafter called "The Programme" comes into effect from May 1, 2001.

Membership is open to all adult females who are customers of Supriyaonline.

Grant of Membership shall be subject to filling of necessary Application Form and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The minimum order for qualifying for membership shall be Rs. 1000.00 OR USD 25.00

Signing of the Application Form for Membership of the programme OR providing the required details under the relevant columns of the order form shall automatically imply that the terms and conditions are acceptable to the applicant.

Upon enrollment, each member will be allotted a Unique Membership No. which shall be quoted in all future references.

Each member's account will be credited with 50 (fifty) Member Rewards Points (MRPs), hereinafter called Points, upon enrollment.

Each member will receive 25 (twenty five) Points as FREE GIFT on her birthday and 25 (twenty five) Points as FREE GIFT on her Wedding Anniversary.

Members will earn 5 (Five) Points for every Rs. 100.00 (USD 5.00) spent at www.supriyaonline.com  towards Garment Related Services. On all other services , members will earn 3 (Three) Points for every Rs. 100.00 (USD 5.00) spent at Supriya Creations OR www.supriyaonline.com  

The members can redeem the Points standing to their credit for Free Cosmetics when atleast 250 (Two hundred and fifty) Points have been accumulated in their account. For redemption of Points write to shop@supriyaonline.com  . The dispatch of redemption proceeds has to be clubbed with the dispatch of a future order. 

Members will get Free Cosmetics worth upto the Rupee Value of the Points redeemed. For this purpose One Point will be equivalent to One Indian Rupee. Members can opt for their choice of Cosmetics by e mail from amongst the ones featured under the Cosmetics category on this site. 

The Cosmetics once availed will neither be replaced nor returned. 

Free Cosmetics are being provided to Relationship Customers only

Supriya Creations OR www.supriyaonline.com shall not be liable for any compensation against claims arising out of use of Cosmetics being provided. All the cosmetics available with us shall be of established brands. It is expressly understood that the member has satisfied herself with the quality and suitability of the cosmetics being availed. In case of a dispute, the member agrees to take up the matter with the manufacturer of the Cosmetics directly without holding Supriyaonline liable in any way..

The Points can not be redeemed for cash, service charges, making charges and / or for charges towards any other service / sale being conducted at Supriya Creations OR www.supriyaonline.com and will be redeemable strictly against Free Cosmetics Only.

Redemption facility shall be offered only to those Members who have earned atleast 125 (One Hundred Twenty Five) Points within a period of Eighteen Months from the date of enrollment.

All the Points standing to the credit of a Member shall lapse if no redemption is availed within a period of Eighteen Months from the date of enrollment.

The Points are strictly non transferable.

The Scheme is promotional in nature and shall be terminable by giving a 45 days notice in writing to all members enrolled with us. However, the Points standing to the credit of members shall be redeemed in multiples of 50 subject to a minimum of 250 points in the event of termination of the scheme. The leftover points in such a case i.e. overflow Points of multiples of fifty , shall lapse.

Each member agrees not to act in a way as may be detrimental to the business interests of Supriyaonline OR Supriya Creations. Supriya Creations reserves to itself the right to terminate the membership of any member whose conduct is found wanting in this respect. However, such termination will be done after redeeming the Points standing to the credit of the member as per the Redemption requirements mentioned above. The decision of Supriya Creations in this regard shall be final and binding on each member.

It will not be possible for Supriya Creations to entertain telephonic inquiries regarding status of Points accumulated in a Member's Account . Internet Customers shall however be provided this information against specific e mail inquiries quoting their Membership No.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

In case of any dispute only the courts at Delhi /New Delhi (India) shall have the legal jurisdiction. The liability of Supriyaonline under any/all such cases shall be limited to refund of the money/moneys that have actually been received by them.

Supriya Creations in its sole discretion reserves the right to deny membership to any person without assigning any reason therefor.

Supriyaonline is rendering the services on a Best Effort basis. Any delays due to lapses or existence of force majeure conditions with any of the logistic partners like the courier / carrier service/ the payment gateway provider/ the payment processor/the Credit Card issuing bank/ the bank offering netbanking services /the VISA/Mastercard Organisation or any other agency connected with conduct of this online business, whether by intent or by default, shall not have any locus standii. It is expressly understood by each member that the liability of Supriyaonline under any/all such cases shall be limited to refund of the money/moneys that have actually been received by them.

Supriyaonline shall not be liable to offer any compensation for consequential damages arising out of placement and acceptance of an order.
