Q. What is the structure for shipping charges?

  1. Our Shipping charges are based on the destination of delivery. For destinations falling within the Indian Union, deliveries are FREE. For all other destinations the delivery charges vary from 22% to 14% depending upon the Ordered Quantity.

Q. Who are your Logistics Partners for Courier Deliveries?

  1. We route all our consignments thru reputed courier companies like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.

Q. Do you send the consignments duly insured?

  1. Yes, all our consignments are insured against loss in transit.

Q. What if the consignment is received in open condition?

  1. Please do not accept the consignment if you receive it in open condition or if you find the Seal tampered and return the same to the courier. We will ensure that you get back a replacement at the earliest.

Q. Is online tracking of the order possible?

  1. Yes, all our international customers enjoy the facility of online tracking on the basis of the AWB No. which will be provided by us by e mail as soon as the packet leaves us.

Q. Can I track the delivery status of my order? 

  A.   Yes, It would be possible to track the status online in most cases as many courier companies 
        are going online now. However, in case your shipping destination lies in a remote or 
        non-compliant area  of an online courier company, it may not be possible to track the status 
        online.

Q. How do you decide the Courier Agency through whom to affect a shipment?

  1. Please fill up the Member details properly and describe in the appropriate column, the name of the Courier that caters to your area. We will make all efforts to affect delivery to you through the same. 

Q. Are there any group discounts to bulk buyers?

  1. Yes, please write to us at bulk@supriyaonline.com about the products you are interested in buying in bulk and we would revert to you.

Q. Do you offer any Clearance Sale scheme?

  1. No, We do not Stock items as such we have nothing to push sell in terms of Clearance Sales.

Q. Do you offer any scheme like "PICK A FREE" ?

  1. Supriyaonline strictly believes that nothing is free I this world. All offers like 'Pick a free' OR 'Buy One & Get One' etc. are mere Sales Gimmics and offer a convenient alibi for the Seller to charge more for a product than it is actually worth.
    Supriyaonline believes in Genuine Prices.

Q. Do you send consignments on COD (Cash on Delivery) basis?

  1. No, this form of delivery does not protect our business interests..

Q. Are there any Extra Charges for Extra Large outfits that requires more fabric and work ?

  1. Normally not. However, if you are ordering a special product, its price would be quoted on a case to case basis.

Q. Could prices of garments change once the order is booked?

  1. No, The Prices in the catalogue are Firm once an order is booked and acknowledged by us. Please note that your order is not confirmed unless acknowledged by us.

Q. How much time does it take to ship the ordered garments?

  1. Normally all shipments are affected within 15 days.

Q. Do you accept payment in Indian rupees?

  1. Yes, We accept International and Indian Rupee Demand Drafts, Pay Orders & Money Orders favouring Supriya Creations payable at Delhi, New Delhi, Noida.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept and in which currencies?

  1. We accept all major VISA and Master Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

    7. All major Indian / International Credit Cards / Debit Cards thru a Verisign Certified Payment Gateway using 128 bit encryption which is considered to be safe for all online transactions. This feature shall be available to all Credit Card Holders shopping on Supriyaonline very shortly.

    8. Paypal Account : Paypal is presumably the fastest and the cheapest way of transferring money world wide. The entire Paypal community of around 10 Million Members Worldwide can pay for their purchases at Supriyaonline using their Paypal Account. Since this form of payment costs us less, all Paypal Members are entitled to a FIVE Percent across the board discount if they pay for their purchases using their Paypal Account.
