For ordering a dress from the catalogue, it is necessary that you fill all the customised measurement fields. These fields are mandatory for each outfit featured on the catalogue. If a field is left blank, you may not be able to place the order. 

Yes, you can furnish your measurements by e-mail and request for an entry in our Member data bank. Alternatively, you can provide your measurements by filling the appropriate fields in the Measurement Sheet and check the data bank box. Please note that you have to order atleast ONE Item from the products featured in the catalogue in order to enable your data bank entry to take effect. In case your measurements are on our data bank, please check the data bank box while placing future orders. This will remove the hassles of providing measurements with each order. Please note that the data bank entries shall be current for ONE YEAR from the date of entry.

They are processed or procured in bulk and as such cost less to us. The corresponding savings in procurement/processing costs are passed on to the customers who have to pay less for these products.

At Supriyaonline, we strive for a Zero Defect Product and our motto is to achieve a 100% Customer Satisfaction. Since most of our Products are Tailor Made to your specifications, it is not possible to Return the same. However, the Ready Made Products which are having measurements option as Free in the catalogues, can be replaced if you are willing to bear the Courier Charges of sending them to us. The Courier Charges for sending the Replacement shall however, be borne by us. In case you have opted for alterations on a ready made outfit, it will not be possible to exchange or replace the same. Items like Gifts, Undergarments, Bed and Bath Linen, Cosmetics etc. which are standard products of reputed brands, can not be replaced or exchanged for obvious reasons.
